This event occurred due to a legitimate knee injury Naomi sustained during her championship win at Elimination Chamber, which rendered her unable to defend the title within the required 30-day period. The “EL GLOW” visible on the screen refers to Naomi’s signature “Feel the Glow” persona and her customized glowing championship belt, which she proudly displayed during her reign.
On the August 18, 2025 episode of WWE Raw, Naomi announced her pregnancy with her husband, Jimmy Uso, a fellow WWE star. She relinquished the Women’s World Championship title, ending her reign at 36 days.
